  • Develop and manage a planned preventative maintenance schedule.

  • Set up and adjust bagging, filling, auger, labelling, conveyor and counting machinery.

  • Complete routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication and machinery adjustments.

  • Maintain equipment operating within clean-room and controlled production environments.

  • Identify recurring faults and introduce improvements to increase reliability.

  • Keep accurate records of maintenance work, repairs and parts used.

  • Establish and organise an effective spare-parts and tooling system.

  • Monitor stock levels to ensure essential components and maintenance supplies are available.

  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, housekeeping and compliance.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an electromechanical maintenance role within manufacturing, packing or production.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.

  • Experience maintaining pneumatic or air-operated equipment.

  • Knowledge of planned preventative maintenance systems.

  • The ability to diagnose and repair machinery breakdowns independently.

  • Experience working with packaging, filling, labelling or conveyor machinery would be highly advantageous.

  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage maintenance priorities.

  • A proactive approach to reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability.

  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with production teams and contractors.

  • A safety-conscious, practical and hands-on working style.

Whats on Offer
  • Permanent, full-time employment.

  • Consistent Monday-to-Friday fixed hours.

  • A varied and responsible hands-on maintenance role.

  • The opportunity to establish and improve preventative maintenance processes.

  • The chance to have a direct impact on machinery reliability and production performance.
