The Role • Define and implement cybersecurity principles, standards, and design patterns for secure product and enterprise tool development across multi-cloud and on-premises infrastructure. • Lead working groups to drive the definition of cybersecurity guidelines for product and enterprise architecture. • Develop secure design patterns for adoption by engineering teams, collaborating with the enterprise architecture group. • Analyze potential risks to information systems and recommend innovative, pragmatic solutions. • Engage with business and engineering teams to define cybersecurity guardrails that facilitate seamless adoption of secure designs. • Participate in security incident response, identifying design gaps and proposing measures to prevent future threats. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8+ years of experience in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience in cybersecurity. • Practical expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and services, alongside on-premises infrastructure. • Experience recommending and implementing solutions based on cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27000, NIST) and relevant regulations. • Proven ability to articulate cybersecurity policies and procedures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with Agile methodologies and a track record of deploying solutions in large organizations.
