Job Description

AutoTech Solutions LLC, a Plano-based leader in automotive diagnostics, telematics, and technology integration, is seeking an Installation Superintendent and Project Coordinator to oversee end-to-end deployment of vehicle and fleet technology solutions. In this on-site role, you will plan and supervise installations of diagnostic and telematics systems, coordinate schedules and resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec. You will work closely with engineers, technicians, and clients, provide technical guidance and troubleshooting, document progress, and help refine installation standards in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and supervise on-site installation of diagnostic, telematics, and IT systems in vehicles and fleet environments
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and site logistics with clients and internal teams
  • Ensure installations meet technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to installation technicians
  • Conduct site assessments, prepare installation plans, and document project progress
  • Train client staff on use and basic maintenance of installed systems
  • Collaborate with engineers to refine installation methods and resolve complex field issues
  • Maintain installation records, reports, and inventory of tools and materials
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant industry regulations
