Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst / Product Owner with 12+ years of experience in Agile product delivery, backlog management, and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile/Scrum/SAFe, Jira, Jira Align, PI Planning, product roadmaps, and end-to-end product ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, create, groom, prioritize, and manage product backlogs at both team and program levels.
  • Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and ROI.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure features are sufficiently refined and ready for development and execution.
  • Partner with business stakeholders on UAT, releases, product launches, and go-to-market activities.
  • Identify, track, and communicate project/product risks and dependencies.
  • Facilitate and participate in PI Planning, Scrum ceremonies, and SAFe delivery activities.
  • Work closely with engineering, QA, architecture, business, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Use KPIs and data-driven insights to support product and delivery decisions.
  • Support applications involving Web, Mobile, APIs, and backend systems.
  • Apply technical understanding of application integrations, SDLC, testing, deployment, and release processes.
  • Manage multiple concurrent priorities across team and program levels.
  • Coordinate effectively within an onshore/offshore delivery model and own initiatives from concept through completion.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of experience as a Senior System Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
  • Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Align.
  • Strong knowledge of PI Planning and execution.
  • Product backlog creation, refinement, prioritization, and management.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience with UAT, releases, and product launches.
  • Strong understanding of Web/Mobile applications, APIs, backend systems, and application integrations.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, application testing, and release processes.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore teams.

Preferred

  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale products and complex application ecosystems.
  • Experience managing multiple programs/workstreams simultaneously.
