Banking Product Manager

Location: Bay Area, CA/ Plano, TX/ Columbus, OH/ Chicago, IL/ New York, NY/ Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)

Mode: Contract

Core Objective:

Lead the strategy, definition, and end-to-end delivery of complex, client-facing digital banking platforms from a business perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with product owners from initial ideation, definition, and design all the way through go-to-market release to end-users.
• Manage product lifecycles (strategy, roadmaps, budgets) and lead cross-functional teams of up to 20 resources.
• Engage cross-functionally to secure requirements and manage handoffs with internal groups dependent on feature delivery.

Key Qualifications:

• 5–7+ years of IT leadership in Banking experience.
• Deep expertise operating on the business side of digital platforms (Core Banking, Money Movement).
• Strong system integration and stakeholder management skills.
