The Role

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments to assess their HVAC system replacement needs.
• Inspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to determine project scope and pricing.
• Access HVAC equipment in various locations, including attics and crawlspaces.
• Provide professional recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and replacements.
• Present financing options and system solutions during consultations.
• Close sales in a one-call close environment, ensuring a professional customer experience.

What You'll Need

• Prior in-home sales experience is preferred.
• One-call close experience is strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge is helpful, and training will be provided.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Possess strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
