💰 $209,000 – $266,000/year 🔹 WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Software Engineer III, you will serve as a Front-End Engineer on the ETPG/EAP Discovery Analytics Team. You will:
• Build specialized tools and tradecraft for enhancing the CNO mission
• Create scalable data visualizations and workflow improvement tools
• Independently lead full software lifecycles from design through deployment
• Maintain and optimize codebases with performance and usability in mind
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore emerging technologies
• Develop solutions that directly impact mission-critical user experience 🔹 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
🎓 12 years of experience as a Software Engineer on similarly scoped projects
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or 4 additional years of SWE experience in lieu of degree) 🛠️ Additional Requirements:
• Expertise in front-end technologies and the React ecosystem
• Strong understanding of state management, responsive design, and scalable UI architecture
• Familiarity with Git, containerization, and modern DevOps workflows
• Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to mission-specific systems
• A user-centric mindset and problem-solving orientation 🔹 NICE-TO-HAVES

⭐ Visualization: Chart.js, D3.js, Recharts
⭐ Backend: Django, MySQL, SQLite, Postgres, Redis
