Location Remote within USA 
Start Date: ASAP 
Duration: 6+ monts 
Pay rate: $35-38/ hr 

What You'll Do:

• Support the expansion of communication excellence initiatives by designing and delivering agile, targeted training programs across diverse functions and geographical locations.
• Manage and build relationships with faculty, stakeholders, and program teams to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives.
• Lead faculty management processes for Audit & Assurance Learning Programs, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Collaborate in creating compelling documents and presentations to communicate critical concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Work closely with senior management to identify learning needs, address program challenges, and implement performance improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in designing and delivering corporate training or learning programs.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to create engaging presentations and written materials.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to support and implement strategic learning initiatives.
• Experience working with training faculty and managing program logistics.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in business communication, audit, assurance, or related fields.
• Knowledge of agile training delivery methods.
• Proficiency in visual design tools and data presentation.
• Prior experience supporting global or remote learning programs.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training, organizational development, or related areas.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide learning projects is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work remotely and coordinate across multiple geographical locations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
