Skills and Experience

a) Core Functional Skills.

a. Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM modules.

b. Ability to perform fit/gap analysis and lead working sessions.

c. Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.

b) Technical Functional Skills.

a. PeopleSoft Query.

b. Understanding of workflow (Notification Composer).

c. Understanding of module configuration.

d. Familiarity with integrations (CI, Integration Broker etc.).

c) Project & Delivery Skills.

a. Create functional deliverables (design docs, scripts).

b. Support testing end-to-end.

c. Provide SME-level guidance on business processes.

d. Participate in scope, governance, and change management.

d) Consulting Behavior.

a. Strong communication.

b. Cross-functional collaboration.

c. Ability to explain downstream impacts across modules.
