Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Translation: Convert complex business requirements into clear, technical development tasks and user stories.
• Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Agile Management: Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage backlogs, track sprint progress, and document tasks.
• Adaptive Support: Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, jumping in to support the team wherever needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Technical Familiarity: Prior experience or foundational understanding of the webMethods platform.
• Platform Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Core BA Skills: Proven track record in requirement gathering, process mapping, and technical translation.
• Soft Skills: Quick learner who can master multiple product areas rapidly, with exceptional organization and cross-team coordination abilities.
