Requirement details:

Job Title:  QA Automation Lead(Airlines domain)

Location:  Houston, TX (Day1 onsite)

Duration:  12+ Months

Job Description:

12+ Years of experience

Automation tool experience must (Selenium JAVA/Appium),

Rest Assured/REST API, Selenium, CI/CD and agile methodology

Define and execute enterprise-wide QA strategy for large programs involving multiple teams and technologies.

Provide hands-on leadership in automation frameworks (Selenium, RestAssured, etc.) and CI/CD integration.

Drive quality engineering best practices across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

Collaborate with Program Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to define quality goals and metrics.

Identify quality risks early and ensure mitigation plans are in place.

Build and lead a high-performing QA team, mentoring them on technical and process excellence.

Create and maintain dashboards for executive reporting on quality KPIs.

Continuously assess QA maturity and implement process improvements (e.g., shift-left, test data management, etc).

Engage with enterprise tools (JIRA, ADO, etc.) for managing test cycles and reporting.

Job Description

  • Enterprise lead managing medium to complex projects for a leading enterprise customer based in US.
