Human Resources Generalist

E V Bishoff Company seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support our commercial real estate operations in downtown Columbus. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration, while serving as a key resource for employee relations and policy guidance. You will ensure compliance with employment laws, maintain HRIS and personnel records, coordinate training, and support performance management. Working closely with leadership and property teams, you will help sustain a professional, tenant-focused culture and contribute to the long-term success of our urban office portfolio.
