Human Resources Generalist

TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support our Human Resources & Talent Management function within a fast-paced printing media–focused communications environment. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, and employee relations for a boutique, high-performance firm. Partner closely with senior leaders to align HR practices with business goals, support performance management and training, and help cultivate a collaborative, client-focused culture that advances impactful public affairs and advocacy work.
