Position: Business Analyst (Entry / Junior / Mid-Level)
Location: Lansing, Michigan
Employment Type: W2 Contract (Onsite, Hybrid & Remote)
Work Authorization: USC
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and efficiency.
  • Support strategic planning through data-driven analysis and forecasting.
  • Manage or assist in project execution to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 0 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role (s are also welcome).
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
