IT Help Desk & Technical Solutions Specialist - Rotating Hours

PopUp WiFi in Hobart seeks an IT Help Desk/Technical Solutions Team Member to configure, manage and troubleshoot networking equipment, support customers, and coordinate logistics for unit deployments across Australia and the US. You will work with Windows and Linux, leverage AWS, and perform basic scripting (Bash, Python).

The role includes hands-on hardware tasks, training, and a rotating 38-hour week with 4 weeks paid annual leave and a six-month probation. Starting salary is $75,000 p.a.
