The Role • Ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for customers. • Acting as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient work processes and leading the team partially. • Performing all operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom. • Managing incoming goods, stocking shelves, and ensuring product freshness and expiry dates are met. • Conducting cashier duties and supporting with stockroom and cleaning tasks. What You'll Need • A passion for making a strong contribution to the team. • Completed vocational training in retail, or relevant professional experience. • A friendly demeanour and enjoyment of customer interaction. • A proactive attitude with a desire to work diligently and engage fully. • Flexibility, team spirit, organisational talent, and leadership experience. • Good German language skills (B1 minimum) for effective customer communication.
