Job Description

Gardencenter Manager | Cologne Metropolitan Area, Germany | Hybrid

The Role

  • Independently lead the gardening department and report to the store management.
  • Plan staffing to ensure excellent customer service, even during peak times.
  • Coach and mentor the team, fostering individual development and motivation.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for the gardening section, implementing necessary actions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and the gardening team.

What You'll Need

  • Previous management experience in retail, preferably in a garden center or nursery setting.
  • Strong knowledge of gardening products and hard goods.
  • Excellent customer service skills, sales acumen, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Passion for leading and developing employees.
