About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Engineer to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, OpenAI along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

 

Job Summary:

This role is looking for a hands-on GenAI Engineer who can design, prototype, and help productionize AI solutions across business and technology teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent solutions.
• Build LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.
• Create and test AI prototypes and POCs based on business requirements.
• Integrate LLMs, APIs, tools, and enterprise data sources.
• Develop multi-agent and automation workflows.
• Deploy and maintain AI solutions using cloud and DevOps practices.
• Implement CI/CD, monitoring, testing, and performance optimization for AI applications.
• Work closely with developers, data teams, and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes using Generative AI.
• Follow AI security, governance, and responsible AI standards.

 

Required Skills:

• Strong Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, LLMs, Claude, and GitHub Copilot.
• Experience developing RAG, embeddings, vector search, and AI agent solutions.
• Knowledge of LangChain, CrewAI, or AWS Strands.
• Strong ReactJS and NodeJS skills for AI application development.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock or other cloud AI platforms.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub, CI/CD, and MLOps.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with multimodal AI and function/tool calling.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
