Senior AI Engineer – Marketing AI

Dallas TX (3 Days Onsite)

What You'll Do

• Design and build production AI/ML systems applying solid software architecture and design principles
• Develop and optimize RAG systems — retrieval, chunking, embeddings, and re-ranking
• Build and orchestrate AI agents using platforms like LangGraph, LangChain, or Azure AI Agents
• Deploy and maintain systems using CI/CD pipelines on Azure and/or AWS
• Work with Docker, Python, and Java across the development and deployment lifecycle
• Collaborate directly with PMs/TPMs on scope, risk, and delivery timelines
• Navigate enterprise governance processes, including architecture review boards and security/compliance gates
• Partner with cross-functional engineering orgs to manage dependencies and deliver on shared roadmaps

Required Skills

• 5+ years building production AI/ML systems
• Strong software design principles: architecture, design patterns, scalability, maintainability
• Hands-on AI/Deep Learning experience with RAG systems (retrieval, chunking, embeddings, re-ranking)
• Experience with agent development platforms (LangGraph, LangChain, Azure AI Agents, or similar)
• CI/CD fundamentals and cloud deployment experience (Azure and/or AWS)
• Proficiency with Docker, Python, and Java
• Must be local to Dallas, TX and able to work onsite 2 days/week

Preferred Skills

• Production integration experience with foundation model APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar)
• Knowledge graph or GraphRAG experience (Neo4j, RDF/SPARQL)
• Vector database experience (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, etc.)
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-orchestration experience
• ServiceNow platform or enterprise B2B marketing tech experience
• Comfort navigating enterprise governance/review processes (architecture review boards, security/compliance)
