We're hiring for an impact-driven community organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. Join us as we work with schools and local authorities to provide tailored educational support and make a real difference in the community.

The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners in a creative and trauma-informed way.
• Be part of a mission to raise the standard of education for young people with diverse learning difficulties.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Two or more years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance can be provided if needed).
• UK residency with the right to work in the UK.
