The Role

• Plan and coordinate field service employee deployments, including timely scheduling and management of domestic and international assignments.
• Liaise directly with clients to confirm orders and appointments, serving as a technical point of contact for both customers and the team.
• Provide technical leadership and professional development for the team, including support with performance reviews and onboarding new hires.
• Organize business travel and international secondments, managing trip preparations, resource allocation, and tracking training initiatives.
• Develop project scopes, service descriptions, and deployment concepts, factoring in material, system, and personnel availability.
• Support management with administrative and organizational tasks, generating status reports, analyzing data, monitoring logistics, and continuously optimizing processes for efficiency, quality, and safety.

What You'll Need

• Completed technical apprenticeship with specialized further training, or a commercial apprenticeship with strong technical understanding.
• Proficient user skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills for solving complex problems.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• A service-oriented approach to all interactions.
• Good English language skills; additional foreign languages are a plus.
• Independent, structured, and efficient work style.
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
