The Role

• Operate specialized equipment (hostlers, cranes, top loaders, side loaders) to move shipping containers.
• Load and unload containers from railcars and trucks, ensuring timely freight movement.
• Perform daily equipment inspections to maintain safety and operational readiness.
• Coordinate container moves and tasks with yard personnel and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to established protocols.
• Handle physical demands including climbing and lifting up to 50lbs.
