Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for enterprise healthcare systems and applications.
2. Develop BRDs, interface specifications, use cases, data mappings, process flows, and other system documentation.
3. Support complex system interfaces, data exchanges, integrations, and communications between internal systems and external partners.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and integration partners to validate requirements and support successful solution delivery.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	3–5+ years of experience in technical or systems analysis, requirements gathering, business process documentation, and enterprise system integrations.
Technical Skills	Requirements Analysis, Business Requirements Documentation, Functional Specifications, Data Mapping, Interface Specifications, Process Modeling, System Integration, Technical Documentation
Business / Domain Skills	Healthcare Systems, Eligibility Programs, Enrollment Processes, Benefits Administration, Integration Management, Stakeholder Collaboration
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

1. Experience with interface integrations, trading partner communications, and data exchange processes.
