Job Description
Scrum Master
Introduction:
Certified Scrum Master (Level III) needed to lead multiple Scrum teams across various Agile Release Trains (ARTs) at Globelife. This role requires aligning delivery with program and organizational goals while demonstrating the leadership and strategic capabilities to potentially grow into a Release Train Engineer (RTE) role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead 3+ Scrum teams across multiple ARTs
- Align delivery with program and organizational goals
- Possess strong technical expertise and understand enterprise systems, integrations, and dependencies
- Coordinate with diversified technologies including Mainframe, Enterprise Architecture, Data Warehousing, Data integration, and QA
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, drive resolution, and timely escalation
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, improve team performance, and drive delivery predictability and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Professional Scrum Master™ III (PSM III) Certification
- Experience with SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Scrum methodologies
Preferred Skills:
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification
- Experience working with OIPA systems, Policy Acquisition, Policy Administration, and Life Insurance domain
Location: McKinney, TX (onsite role)
Rate: $70/hr C2C
