10+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) or WFC.
Strong expertise in Timekeeping and Accruals; knowledge of additional UKG WFM modules is a plus.
Experience across the full project lifecycle — requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
Strong UKG WFM functional/domain expertise with excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in complex, multi-product environments and integrate UKG WFM with legacy and third-party systems.
Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
