In this position you will…

\n\n

Join our Partner Onboarding & Professional Services organization as a client-facing Senior Implementation Consultant responsible for owning out-of-the-box (OOTB) partner implementations end-to-end. This is an execution-first, hands-on individual contributor role that works directly with partners to configure, launch, and support Bolt's solutions while applying lightweight project management discipline to keep delivery moving. You'll also serve as a force-multiplier for the Professional Services team by executing work—not simply coordinating it.

You will be responsible for…

• Own OOTB partner implementations end-to-end as a client-facing individual contributor, executing the work directly from kickoff through go-live.
\n
• Configure, administer, and launch the platform hands-on for partners, translating workflows into working solutions and validating through go-live.
\n
• Partner closely with the technical Professional Services team as a hands-on resource to offload work, unblock delivery, and keep implementations moving.
\n
• Independently onboard and implement OOTB partners on quick-turnaround engagements while owning the customer relationship through go-live.
\n
• Translate business needs into documented requirements and partner with Product to define user stories and prioritization.
\n
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Markets, Embedded Performance, and Support to drive execution from requirements through testing and release.
\n
• Track progress, surface risks, and communicate status to internal stakeholders and partners.
\n
• Support business reviews, KPI reporting, and project health metrics.
\n
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address delivery bottlenecks, helping scale onboarding processes as Bolt grows.
\n
• Manage partner-driven enhancements, change controls, and go-to-market expansions.
\n
• Gather, document, and validate high-level and functional requirements.
\n
• Coordinate estimation, delivery milestones, and timelines with development teams.
\n
• Perform hands-on configuration and administration of OOTB solutions, including workflow setup, data mapping, and build validation.
\n
• Facilitate testing, partner training, and smooth transition into production and support.
\n
• Act as the client-facing point of coordination across cross-functional teams during onboarding while directly implementing quick-turn OOTB partners.
\n
• Contribute to partner communications, business reviews, and operational insights reporting.
\n
• Proactively identify issues and escalate as needed to ensure partner and internal alignment.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

\n\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
\n
• 5–7 years in implementation, technical onboarding, or solution delivery with execution-first experience and lightweight project management.
\n
• Functional understanding of SaaS platforms and Agile development processes.
\n
• Hands-on ability to configure and administer SaaS platforms, including data mapping, workflow setup, and validation through go-live.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Proven customer-facing experience leading external clients or partners through delivery while implementing OOTB solutions directly.
\n
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
\n
• Travel flexibility of approximately 5–10% for partner kickoffs, go-lives, and key onboarding milestones.
\n
• Background in insurance, ideally P&C or embedded models, is a strong plus but not required.
\n
• Experience with onboarding/project tools such as Rocketlane or call intelligence tools such as Gong is a bonus.
