<>Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Netsuite Functional Consultant with 7 10 years of experience to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will possess strong Netsuite knowledge and expertise in configuring and optimizing the Netsuite platform to meet business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective Netsuite solutions.

<>Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Netsuite configurations.
• Configure and customize Netsuite applications to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide training and support to end users to maximize the effectiveness of the Netsuite platform.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure configurations meet business needs and quality standards.
• Stay updated on Netsuite features and best practices to recommend improvements and optimizations.
• Assist in data migration and integration efforts with other systems as needed.
• Document processes, configurations, and user guides for future reference.

<>Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Netsuite configuration and customization.
• Proven experience in functional consulting roles, specifically with Netsuite.
• In depth knowledge of business processes related to finance, sales, and operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

<>Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Netsuite SuiteScript and SuiteFlow.
• Familiarity with other ERP systems and integration methodologies.
• Project management experience or certification.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

<>Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in Netsuite functional consulting or a similar role.
• Relevant Netsuite certifications are a plus.
• Proven track record of successful Netsuite implementations and optimizations.
