Job Description

Marvin, a family-owned leader in premium windows, doors, and skylights, is seeking a Leadership Development Partner to grow people leaders across our manufacturing organization. In this role, you will design and facilitate engaging leadership programs, assess capability gaps, and coach supervisors through senior leaders. You'll collaborate with HR and operations to support succession planning, build learning paths, and drive a people-first, safety-focused culture. Ideal candidates bring experience in leadership development, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and a passion for enabling frontline and plant leaders to thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and facilitate leadership development programs for managers and high-potential employees in a manufacturing environment
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify leadership capability gaps and align solutions with Marvin's strategy and culture
  • Coach leaders one-on-one and in small groups to build capabilities in communication, feedback, change management, and performance coaching
  • Partner with HR, operations, and plant leaders to support succession planning and talent pipelines
  • Develop blended learning content (classroom, virtual, and on-the-job) and curate external resources
  • Measure program effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and business outcomes; recommend improvements
  • Support change management efforts for key organizational initiatives
  • Champion a people-first, safety-focused, continuous improvement culture across manufacturing sites
