Business Analyst-Level 3 - Senior (11 - 15 Years)

Location: Plantation, Florida (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Business Analyst to conduct operational and financial analyses that support informed decision-making. This role involves leading special projects, performing research, and developing reports to provide business insights. The ideal candidate will work with data analysis, market intelligence, and modeling to support business strategies and drive projects to build a more complex customer data environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale business analysis projects, driving efficiency improvements and process automation.
• Manage data integrity and governance strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize advanced analytics for market trend analysis, growth modeling, and risk assessment.
• Apply expertise in statistical modeling and data visualization to derive insights for senior management.
• Review cost models, identify opportunities for process improvements, and ensure alignment with project and customer goals.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Validation activities.
• Partner with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Analyze system impacts, validate FICA-related processes, identify risks, manage defects, and drive issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Experience: 11-15 years of experience in business process optimization, data governance, and financial modeling.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL, SOQL, Jira, and Excel for advanced data analysis and business intelligence reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of SAP S/4HANA and FICA knowledge.
• Experience supporting end-to-end business processes, system enhancements, and testing initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, project coordination, and data validation skills.
• A proactive approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
