Job Description

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in application compliance, vulnerability management, and information security standards and a proven ability to drive timely completion of compliance deliverables and risk remediation across complex application portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure risk, security, and compliance deliverables are completed on time and per requirements for supported applications.


• Execute administrative and non-technical compliance activities, including access reviews, assessments, questionnaires, and procedural updates.


• Assist with audit examinations and risk assessments for supported applications.


• Track and support technical security and risk remediation, including fixes for non-permitted technologies, security vulnerabilities, recovery planning, and disaster recovery exercises.


• Maintain accurate application data within systems of record and ensure data quality.


• Collaborate with vendors to confirm applications meet bank requirements and security standards.


• Respond to ad hoc inquiries and provide subject matter guidance on application compliance posture.


• Interface with infrastructure teams to fulfill requirements such as storage requests and related operational needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in vulnerability management practices and tooling, including triage and remediation tracking.


• Knowledge of information security standards and control frameworks applicable to large enterprises.


• Experience with secure coding concepts and coordinating bug fixes with development teams.


• 3-5+ years in information security, risk management, or related roles supporting application compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• SWIFT knowledge and experience supporting SWIFT-related applications.


• Security or cybersecurity certifications.

Interview Process and Notes:

• One to two video interview rounds. First with the interview panel, second with a senior leader as needed.


• Candidates must be eligible to work without current or future sponsorship.

Overview of Work:

• Manage and track vulnerability findings at scale with varied priority and criticality.


• Ensure adherence to information security standards and local laws, rules, and regulations.


• Partner with risk management, Global Information Security, control functions, and vendors to complete compliance activities.
