The Role

• Engage customers with expertise and passion for fresh meat, deli products, and fine foods.
• Create appealing displays and offer knowledgeable advice to enhance the customer experience.
• Prepare and portion fresh products with skill and attention to detail.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
• Craft specialty items according to proprietary in-house recipes.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as a butcher, meat specialist, or food retail clerk with a focus on butchery.
• A genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and a passion for the retail industry.
• A reliable, responsible, and team-oriented approach to work, with a strong customer focus.
• Flexibility to work in a rotating shift system, including Saturdays, between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
