Job Description:

This position supports connected vehicle and telematics solutions within a commercial vehicle environment.

The role is approximately 40% Scrum Master and 60% Business Analyst. At the start of the contract, the expectation is for the role to be mostly Scrum Master work until the foundation is established.

The successful candidate will support Agile delivery teams by driving sprint execution, backlog management, requirements analysis, and process governance.

Business Analysis

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Lead requirement discovery and stakeholder discussions.
• Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders, developers, architects, testers, and support teams.
• Create detailed requirements, process flows, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform impact analysis and investigation activities.
• Partner with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and testable.

Documentation & Traceability

• Ensure alignment between requirements, development work, testing activities, and releases.
• Maintain process documentation and requirement artifacts.
• Maintain traceability between business requirements, user stories, test cases, defects, and releases.
• Support test planning and release readiness activities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 5+ years facilitating Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience operating within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
• Experience within automotive.
• Ability to operate independently while partnering closely with Product Owners, development teams, testers, and business stakeholders to drive work from intake through release.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira, including sprint setup, backlog management, work item hierarchy, dashboards, reporting, queries, workflows, and Agile governance.
• Experience managing sprint boards, backlogs, and Agile reporting.
• Strong requirements gathering and user story writing skills.
• Experience working with software development and testing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates must be able to work 5 days onsite in Lewisville, TX.
