Job Description

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project management plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

·        Coordinate project activities across business, functional, technical, vendor, and contract teams.

·        Manage senior-level contract resources, establish goals and objectives, assign responsibilities, and delegate tasks.

·        Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items, and communicate status to stakeholders.

·        Determine staffing needs and support projections of resource requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

·        Analyze project information and organize project teams to support efficient execution and delivery.

·        Track project budgets, costs, forecasts, and variances; support cost analysis and financial reporting.

·        Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and ensure timely follow-up on assigned actions.

·        Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and resolve project risks, issues, and resource constraints.

·        Ensure project documentation, schedules, reports, and deliverables are maintained accurately and on time.

·        Support change management, prioritization, and escalation of issues when required.

·        Provide regular project status updates and executive-level reporting as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

·        Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience developing and managing project plans and schedules.

·        Senior-level experience managing contract or project resources, including setting goals, assigning work, and delegating tasks.

·        Experience projecting staffing requirements and coordinating project teams.

·        Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze project information and perform budget/cost analysis.

·        Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, risks, and project dependencies in a structured environment.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

·        Experience managing technology or enterprise application projects.

·        Experience working with government, public-sector, or large enterprise organizations.

·        Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

·        Experience with project scheduling, budget tracking, resource planning, and status reporting tools.
