Senior Business Analyst Operations with EDI

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Operations EDI Program

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
• Strong experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
• Experience analyzing and reconciling large ticket/backlog environments
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Project Management methodologies
• Experience with process improvement, workflow design, and intake management
• Familiarity with Snowflake Data Platform
• Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Power BI experience
• AI/Automation project exposure
• PMP or Prosci certification
• Experience supporting Data, Analytics, or Enterprise Operations teams
