Endpoint Service Desk Engineering Lead with Security Clearance

GTSC and its Datawiz business unit seeks an Endpoint Service Desk Engineering Lead . ~~~ This position is pending task order award. ~~~ Clearance Requirement • Active Topn Secret (TS) security clearance Location : This is a local remote position in the metropolitan Washington DC area. There will be occasion when you are asked to perform some work onsite or to meet with other team members. Mission This is not a Tier 1 help desk role. The position is focused on engineering, automation, and enterprise endpoint management, including imaging, patching, configuration control, and remediation across Windows and macOS environments. The selected candidate will serve as a primary engineering lead supporting secure endpoint operations, lifecycle management, and compliance-driven IT services. Education : Expertise matters. There is no degree requirement. Requirements • Minimum 8 years of IT,n endpoint, or cybersecurity experience • Minimum 6 yearsn performing engineering functions Responsibilities • Lead enterprisen endpoint engineering across: • Windows andn macOS device environments • Own full devicen lifecycle: • Imaging,n provisioning, patching, configuration, remediation • Implement andn maintain endpoint tool stack, including: • Intune,n Autopilot, JAMF, Ivanti, KACE • Develop andn execute: • Automatedn deployment and configuration controls • Patchn validation and rollback procedures • Support securen baseline enforcement and compliance tracking • Maintainn engineering documentation, including: • Runbooks • SOPs • remediationn workflows • Supportn escalation and resolution of complex engineering issues • Collaboraten with DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and program management teams Successful Applicants Within your resume and in interview, strongly demonstrate that you are capable of leading engineering, automation, and enterprise endpoint management, including imaging, patching, configuration control, and remediation across Windows and macOS environments.
