Position: JDE Technology Support Engineer

Duration: 6-12+ Months contract

As a JDE Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components to ensure operational stability. 
Your day-to-day activities will include creating and implementing Requests for Change and updating knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. You will collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution. 
Expected to be a subject matter expert, you will manage and guide the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. 
Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Advanced proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Technology is required. 
Take ownership of complex technical issues and drive them to resolution while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and operational processes. 
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business needs and objectives. Provide guidance and support to colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices within the team. Contribute to the development and refinement of operational procedures to elevate service quality and efficiency.
