QA Test Lead
Position Summary

The QA Lead will establish and manage quality assurance processes, test strategy, test plans, automated testing, defect management, UAT coordination, and release validation activities for a complex public sector cloud application. The position will ensure compliance with functional, security, integration, and performance requirements.
Required Qualifications

• 5+ years QA/Test Lead experience
• Experience leading testing efforts for enterprise applications
• Test strategy and test plan development
• Defect tracking and management
• Functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing
• Agile/Scrum testing experience
• Experience with test management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Automated testing frameworks
• Performance testing
• Government projects
• Security testing
• Accessibility testing (WCAG)
