Job DescriptionJob DescriptionElectrical-Mechanical Assembler Hobart, WI | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMEMT International is seeking a skilled Electrical-Mechanical Assembler to join our Finishing team. This hands-on role is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems used in EMT’s finishing equipment. You’ll work closely with engineering, machining, and production teams to build high-quality custom equipment and support on-time delivery to customers.

What You’ll Do Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and finishing equipment from drawings and work instructionsPerform electrical wiring, cable routing, and panel assemblyInstall and connect pneumatic and mechanical componentsRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and assembly documentationInspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and functionality standards are metTroubleshoot and resolve assembly and wiring issuesSafely use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipmentCollaborate with engineering and production teams on continuous improvement initiativesAssist with machine testing, setup, and final preparation for shipment when needed What We’re Looking For Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawingsExperience with electrical wiring, pneumatic systems, and mechanical assembly preferred2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience preferredTechnical degree, certification, or related manufacturing experience preferredBasic computer skills preferredExperience with ERP/MRP systems such as Epicor, SAP, or Oracle is a plusPIe0564aa3a06f-25405-40669506
