About the Role

We are seeking a Test Technician to support the testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic and electromechanical systems. In this role, you will perform hands-on testing, document results, identify issues, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet quality, reliability, and performance requirements.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and quality are critical.
Responsibilities

• Perform functional, environmental, and performance testing on products, components, and systems.
• Execute test procedures and document results accurately and completely.
• Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment and instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot failures and collaborate with engineers to identify root causes.
• Monitor testing activities and ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Record test data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support product validation, qualification, and reliability testing efforts.
• Assist with equipment calibration, maintenance, and laboratory organization.
• Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance testing efficiency and product quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Trade School Diploma, or equivalent technical training.
• Basic understanding of electronics, electrical systems, or electromechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, work instructions, and test procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in a testing, manufacturing, laboratory, or engineering environment.
• Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other electronic test equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting electronic assemblies and systems.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and testing best practices.
