UX Researcher

UX RESEARCHER - PERMANENT
Location: Basingstoke / Hybrid
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join our Product Design team and play a key role in understanding user needs, uncovering insights and influencing product decisions.
You'll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering and wider stakeholders to ensure user research informs the development and improvement of digital products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Run usability testing, interviews and remote research.
• Identify research opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Analyse findings and translate them into actionable product insights.
• Present research findings clearly to a range of stakeholders.
• Support prototyping, testing and iteration alongside UX/UI and Engineering teams.
• Advocate for user-centred design across the business.
• Use a range of UX research and remote testing tools.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years' UX Research experience.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Experience delivering research from planning through to insight and recommendation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with remote testing tools, Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
• A curious, creative and collaborative approach.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to London, Spain and France.
