We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to take on a dynamic role with significant influence over project success.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be a critical driver of safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Championing jobsite safety and contributing to proactive safety planning
- Following and reinforcing all corporate safety guidelines
- Proactively creating and managing punch lists
- Upholding strict Quality Control standards across assigned projects
- Preparing RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
- Understanding our building systems and how they fit into the broader construction process
- Maximizing productivity through strategic coordination and planning
- Conducting quantitative takeoffs to validate estimates, support material orders, and evaluate change orders
- Building and managing project schedules while collaborating closely with field supervisors and foremen
- Overseeing labor control and making adjustments to drive profitability
- Coordinating warranties, O&M documentation, and vendor selections
- Supporting subcontractor buyout, issuing contracts, and managing subcontractor performance
- Maintaining accurate job cost controls through monthly FAWs
- Strengthening customer relationships and supporting branch goals through active Client Alignment participation
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience (5 years preferred), ideally within construction
- Experience with Insulated Metal Panels or Single Skin Panels is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Science (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to quickly analyze information, identify risk, and steer projects toward optimal outcomes
- Strong ability to interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work
- Accountability for project results and outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong moral and work ethic, sound judgment, and unwavering reliability
- Highly organized self-starter with exceptional time-management skills
- Positive, motivated mindset and a team-oriented approach
- OSHA Certification
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Compensation
$105,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience.
