StaffRight Associates is recruiting a premier defense technology organization to identify three Mid-to-Senior Full Stack Cloud Developers for high-impact, onsite roles in Northern Virginia.

In this role, you will design scalable cloud applications and high-performance software environments that directly support vital national security programs.

What You'll Do

• Architect resilient cloud-native software systems leveraging containerization technologies and dynamic orchestration engines.

• Engineer robust microservices and backend services using modern Java frameworks and distributed application patterns.

• Construct responsive, intuitive user interfaces utilizing modern frontend JavaScript libraries and web development standards.

• Design secure RESTful web APIs to facilitate seamless data communication across distributed software ecosystems.

• Implement high-throughput messaging architectures to support real-time data streaming and complex system integrations.

• Provision and manage relational and document datastores across secure Linux environments.

• Synthesize complex ETL and big data workflows to process mission-critical information streams efficiently.

• Champion modern continuous integration and delivery practices within an iterative Agile development environment.

What You Bring

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or higher) required; TS/SCI Security Clearance With Full Scope Polygraph strongly preferred (or ability to obtain required clearances).

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• 5 to 20 years of professional software engineering experience across full stack web environments.

• Hands-on proficiency developing microservices using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.

• Proven experience deploying containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Solid operational familiarity with Linux operating environments.

• Experience constructing web applications using Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Java Persistence API (JPA).

• Experience building modern frontend interfaces with JavaScript Frameworks such as React, Vue.js, Angular, or JQuery UI.

• Practical experience establishing RESTful Web Services and distributed API communication.

• Exposure to messaging brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining datastores including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.

• Background working with ETL Pipelines, Big Data Applications, and Agile Methodologies.

Compensation & Total Rewards

• Annual Salary: $105,000 – $205,000 (commensurate with experience level).

• Retirement: 25% direct employer contribution to 401(k).
