Job description

  • Develop and maintain complex n-tier web applications using ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core MVC in Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Build back-end functionality in C# following object-oriented, scalable and secure coding practices.
  • Develop front-end features using HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and CSS.
  • Design and maintain Oracle databases, including PL/SQL, stored procedures, packages, indexes and triggers.
  • Develop secure web services and integrations using WCF, SOAP/RESTful APIs, message queues and/or an Enterprise Service Bus (SOA).
  • Read and interpret legacy Visual Basic 6 (VB6) code during modernization work.
  • Write automated unit tests and manage code with Git and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
  • Analyze complex business requirements, extract core use cases and build them into application logic.
  • Work with healthcare data protected under HIPAA (PHI).

Required Qualifications (experience measured in months)

  • 84 months using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop complex n-tier web applications with ASP.NET MVC
  • 84 months developing web applications with HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and CSS
  • 84 months developing back-end applications in C# using object-oriented, scalable and secure programming principles
  • 84 months with Oracle: database design and modeling, PL/SQL, stored procedures, packages, indexes and triggers
  • 84 months with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) integration, including secure .NET web services using WCF, SOAP/RESTful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus
  • 36 months with ASP.NET Core MVC
  • 48 months interpreting Visual Basic 6 (VB6) code and structure
  • 60 months with automated unit testing and Git / Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later
  • 60 months interpreting complex business requirements, extracting core use cases and building application logic
  • 48 months coding and maintaining applications with healthcare data under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI)
