Technical Lead – Decision Management Platform (DMP) 
Technical Lead to lead the design, development, deployment, and support of Mastercard's Decision Management Platform (DMP) and FlexTP transaction processing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across high-volume, real-time transaction processing systems, driving architecture decisions, engineering excellence, operational stability, and delivery execution across globally distributed teams.
This role requires strong expertise in enterprise Java applications, distributed systems, CI/CD, cloud-native deployments, database technologies, production support, and agile delivery practices. 
Experience with payment authorization, fraud detection, transaction routing, or mission-critical financial platforms is highly desirable.
