Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Owner / Software Architect to lead the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of one or more software products. This role bridges business stakeholders and software development teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications, scalable architecture, and actionable development plans. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise application design, AWS cloud platforms, TypeScript, system architecture, and AI-assisted software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Ownership: Serve as the technical owner and architect for one or more software products, defining technical direction, architectural decisions, and implementation strategies.

• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements, detailed specifications, and actionable development tasks.

• Solution Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise applications and integration solutions using AWS cloud services, TypeScript, and modern system-design principles.

• Technical Leadership: Guide development teams throughout implementation, ensuring solutions align with architectural standards, business objectives, and technical requirements.

• Product Backlog Management: Act as a technical product owner, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features and technical improvements, and maintaining the product roadmap throughout its lifecycle.

• AI-Assisted Development: Leverage AI-powered development tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, and AWS Kiro to improve developer productivity, accelerate implementation, and enhance software delivery.

• AI-Driven Development Lifecycle: Apply agentic development approaches and AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) practices to streamline requirements analysis, coding, testing, and delivery.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and developers to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.

• Problem Solving: Independently resolve moderately complex technical issues and escalate complex architectural or implementation challenges to senior technical leadership when necessary.

• Lifecycle Management: Maintain technical quality and architectural consistency across the product lifecycle, from requirements definition through implementation and ongoing enhancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in software architecture, technical product ownership, or enterprise application development.

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms and cloud-based application architecture.

• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern software development practices.

• Strong understanding of system design, application architecture, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, development tasks, and architectural solutions.

• Experience managing product backlogs, prioritizing technical work, and guiding development teams.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, or AWS Kiro.

• Understanding of agentic AI development practices and AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AIDLC).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to work independently under general supervision and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience owning the technical direction of multiple software products or platforms.

• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, scalable distributed systems, and modern integration solutions.

• Experience incorporating AI tools and automation into software engineering workflows.

• Ability to balance business priorities, technical debt, architectural improvements, and delivery timelines.
