The Role

• Support the planning of architectural and technical projects in industrial, high-rise, and civil engineering.
• Assist in the creation of construction documents, work plans, and detailed designs.
• Participate in construction meetings and supervise construction projects on-site.
• Aid construction management in ensuring quality, timely, and cost-effective execution of trades.
• Support the billing of civil engineering services and invoice verification.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) Abitur, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• A passion for the construction process and building development.
• Strong mathematical skills, spatial reasoning, and an interest in technical challenges.
• Goal-oriented, structured work ethic with a high willingness to learn, and strong team and communication skills.
