The ideal candidate will have: 3-10 years of engineering experience supporting manufacturing operations, production processes, equipment implementation, continuous improvement, or capital projects within an industrial or automotive environment.

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will:
- Job Description
Support manufacturing, production, equipment, process, controls, facility, and new model launch activities within a world-class automotive manufacturing environment. Work cross-functionally to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost while supporting production operations, equipment implementation, process improvements, and engineering initiatives. - Day to Day Responsibilities
- Support production and manufacturing operations
- Drive process improvements and problem-solving activities
- Support equipment installation, startup, and commissioning
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement countermeasures
- Support new model launches and production changes
- Review technical drawings and specifications
- Support controls, robotics, automation, facilities, environmental, or manufacturing systems as needed
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are achieved

Required Skills & Qualifications
- BS in Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years manufacturing experience
- Automotive manufacturing preferred
- Experience supporting production operations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with equipment, processes, automation, controls, facilities, environmental systems, or manufacturing operations
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Continuous Improvement / TPS experience preferred
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Automotive manufacturing experience
- Experience supporting production operations, manufacturing processes, or new model launches
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, robotics, automation, controls, or industrial systems
- Experience with AutoCAD or the ability to review and interpret technical drawings
- Project management or capital project implementation experience
- Experience with equipment installation, startup, commissioning, or production ramp-up activities
- Paint, stamping, body weld, assembly, facilities, utility, environmental, or production engineering experience
- Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of environmental, safety, or regulatory compliance requirements
- Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar experience
- OSHA training, safety compliance, or industrial construction experience
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as required to support project and production activities
