Job Description

About Prudentia Sciences

Prudentia Sciences is an AI-powered technology platform transforming how biopharma, biotech, and life sciences investors approach portfolio management, due diligence, and value/risk simulation. Our platform accelerates investment in breakthrough therapies by:
Empowering biopharma
to accelerate drug pipelines, maximize ROI, and achieve clinical and commercial success for greater patient impact

Enabling strategic positioning
of asset value during portfolio planning and dealmaking

Equipping investors
with data-driven insights to optimize capital allocation in drug asset transactions

Backed by GV (Google Ventures), Iaso Ventures, and Virtue, we're on a mission to unlock the full potential of pharmaceutical R&D by empowering decision-makers with real-time, data-driven insights.
The Opportunity

We're looking for a Head of Marketing to build and lead marketing as a full function at Prudentia Sciences, spanning brand, content, demand generation, communications, and events, as we scale within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set the marketing strategy and vision, and also roll up your sleeves to execute where it counts. Product marketing sits at the core of this role.

Our buyers are sophisticated pharma and life sciences investors evaluating a complex, technical product, so the right person will have a strong product marketing foundation (translating product capability into business value, owning positioning and messaging, and driving go-to-market for new launches) and will extend that foundation across the rest of the marketing function.

What You'll Do

Marketing Leadership & Strategy
Own the marketing strategy and roadmap for the company, aligned to revenue and business goals

Build, manage, and grow a high-performing marketing team as the function scales

Own the marketing budget and report on performance and ROI to executive leadership

Partner closely with Sales, Product, and executive leadership (including your manager and the CEO) as a strategic voice on positioning, market perception, and growth

Product Marketing
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product awareness and adoption

Own positioning and messaging, and ensure it's understood and used consistently across the company

Lead product launches and integrated cross-functional campaigns

Translate complex product capabilities into clear business value for pharma and life sciences audiences

Build sales enablement materials, train sales teams on messaging, and partner on deal support

Brand & Content
Own brand strategy, voice, and visual identity, and ensure consistency across every touchpoint

Build out a content marketing engine (website, thought leadership, case studies, and long-form content) that establishes Prudentia as a category authority

Develop customer proof points, case studies, and testimonials

Demand Generation & Campaigns
Build and run multi-channel demand generation programs (email, digital, ABM, paid, organic) to drive qualified pipeline

Own the marketing funnel and work cross-functionally with Sales on lead quality, conversion, and attribution

Evaluate and manage the marketing technology stack (marketing automation, ABM platforms, CRM integration)

Communications & PR
Own external communications strategy, including press, analyst relations, and executive visibility

Manage relationships with PR/comms agencies or partners as needed

Support investor-facing and company-wide communications in partnership with executive leadership

Events & Field Marketing
Own strategy and execution for major industry conferences and events

Build a field marketing strategy that supports sales in target accounts and regions

Manage event budgets, logistics, and post-event pipeline follow-through

Who You Are

Essential Qualifications
10+ years of marketing experience, with a substantial foundation in product marketing (B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare tech)

Prior experience marketing to pharmaceutical or life sciences audiences

A track record leading marketing as a function, not just executing campaigns, including owning strategy, budget, and cross-functional influence at the executive level

Experience building and/or managing a marketing team

Proven success driving GTM strategy, product launches, brand-building, and demand generation in a single role or across a marketing organization

Strong ability to translate complex, technical product capabilities into business value for sophisticated buyers

Experience with conference/event strategy and field marketing

What Sets You Apart
Background in pharma business development or licensing

Experience marketing AI/ML or data/analytics platforms

Experience managing PR or communications agencies

Proficiency with ABM platforms, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM tools

MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or life sciences

Early-stage or startup marketing experience, including building a function from the ground up

What We Offer

Your work directly enables breakthrough therapies to reach patients faster

Ownership

Build and lead the platform as a foundational engineering leader

Growth

Shape our product experience during a critical scaling phase

Compensation

Competitive salary, performance bonus, and equity

Team
