Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE)

We require a highly experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) with deep expertise in a scaled agile (SAFe) environment to lead complex, multi team programs end to end. This role will work closely with Product, Business, and Technology executives to drive disciplined execution, transparency, and outcomes across the release train. The RTE will own PI Planning, execution tracking, dependency and risk management, escalations, and facilitation of all agile ceremonies, while providing clear, actionable status reporting to senior leadership.

In addition, this role requires strong AI capabilities—not only to leverage AI tools, but to design and build AI agents that enhance planning, delivery execution, reporting, and decision support across the agile lifecycle. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating executive forums, driving program level accountability, and embedding AI driven innovation to materially improve delivery speed, predictability, and team productivity.

Key capabilities include:

·        Leading PI Planning, ART events, and all core SAFe ceremonies

·        Managing program plans, dependencies, risks, and executive level escalations

·        Producing clear, concise, data driven program status and insights

·        Building and enabling AI agents to support agile planning, execution, and reporting

·        Effectively influencing and partnering with senior and executive leadership
