Job Description

Job Title: Conversational / Agentic Experience Engineer

Location: Dallas/NY/Chicago (Onsite)

Must Have

Strong experience in Conversational AI, Agentic AI, NLP, and Machine Learning
Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI platforms (GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, BERT)
Experience building AI Agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
Strong Python development experience (5+ years)
Experience with Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms
Hands-on experience with Voice AI and conversational systems
Experience with RAG, vector databases, and enterprise AI integrations
Knowledge of ETL, relational databases, MongoDB/NoSQL, and API integrations
Experience with Dialogflow, Rasa, Nuance IVR, or Microsoft Bot Framework/Copilot Studio

Responsibilities

Design and develop Conversational and Agentic AI solutions for chat and voice channels.
Build AI agents capable of reasoning, workflow orchestration, and tool execution.
Develop and optimize Voice AI experiences and conversational flows.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
